My Deluxe Spa Reflexology goes far beyond a standard foot treatment - it's a full sensory ritual that opens with a warm foot soak, moves through exfoliation and a nourishing foot masque sealed in with heated boots, and closes with targeted reflexology and a deeply relaxing foot massage. I've designed this as the complete foot and lower-leg experience, and clients leave Kelso feeling genuinely restored from the ground up.
The benefits
What to expect
Foot soak
You settle in and your feet soak in a warm, soothing bath to prepare the skin.
Exfoliation
The soles and skin are gently exfoliated to reveal softer skin beneath.
Masque and heated boots
A nourishing foot masque is applied, then sealed in with snug heated boots — deeply conditioning and wonderfully cosy.
Hand massage
While the masque works, I massage your hands and lower arms.
Reflexology
Targeted pressure-point work across the reflex zones of the feet to promote balance and well-being.
Foot massage and finish
A relaxing closing massage, finished with cooling moisturiser.
