Where the Relax and Restore is soft and deeply sedating, my Relax & Revive has a more invigorating energy - it covers the whole body with a focus on easing tension and aching muscles. Both treatments are an hour and both are £45; the difference is in the feel and intent of the massage itself. If you're not sure which one is right for you on the day, just ask when you book and I'll point you in the right direction.
