A generous 70-minute facial that steps up from the essentials with the addition of the foaming cloud cleanse with fluffy brushes and facial steam - two steps that genuinely transform how deeply the skin is treated. I work through the full sequence from cleanse to mask to moisturise, including a facial massage through the neck and shoulders and a scalp and hand massage while the mask settles. It's unhurried, thorough, and your skin will feel genuinely worked on. Where the Celestial Facial adds jade rollers, ice globes and the JellyLab Jelly Mask, the Up in the Clouds is the beautifully complete treatment one step below - still a real facial, not a token one.
